This version of AI Image Detector uses no advertising cookies and implements no optional analytics cookies by default.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text records a website can ask a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage and identifiers used by security or hosting services. They can keep a session working, remember preferences, measure use, or support advertising.
AI Image Detector does not require an account, and the current application does not use browser storage to retain analysis reports. A result remains in the page state until you reset or leave; copies and downloads happen only when you request them.
Essential cookies
Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site, balance traffic, prevent abuse, or maintain a secure request. These functions may be required for the service to operate and are not used by the application for advertising.
Basic rate limiting in this code uses short-lived server memory rather than a tracking cookie. A production host may apply additional protections under its own privacy documentation.
Analytics and preference cookies
No optional analytics package is configured in this project. If the operator later adds privacy-respecting measurement, users should be informed and consent obtained where required before nonessential cookies are set.
The application has no saved theme or account preferences. If preference controls are introduced, this policy should list each storage item, purpose, and duration.
Third-party cookies
The contact endpoint can use Resend for email delivery, but the form submission is a server-to-server request and does not embed a Resend interface. Social links navigate away from the site; the destination may set cookies under its own policy after you visit.
The analysis route does not embed or call external AI-model interfaces and does not send uploaded images to advertising networks.
Cookie controls and browser settings
Browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies. Blocking essential security cookies may prevent parts of a hosted deployment from working. Consult your browser’s privacy settings for device-specific controls.
If optional cookie categories are added later, the production site should provide an accessible preference control in jurisdictions where consent is required.

Do I need to accept advertising cookies to analyze an image?
No. This application does not implement advertising cookies.
Will clearing cookies delete a saved report?
Reports are not saved in cookies. Leaving or resetting the page removes the in-memory view unless you previously downloaded or copied the report.
